All special order and non-stocking items must be prepaid.
Special order items are generally final sale. If approved for return at our discretion, a 15% to 25% restocking fee may apply and store credit may be issued.
Every item is carefully inspected before shipment. If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly after delivery for return authorization instructions.
Claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Standard returns are generally not accepted after 30 days unless approved by management.
Returned products must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee. Used, installed, electrical, or electronic parts are not returnable unless pre-approved.
If an order has not yet shipped and does not contain special-order or drop-shipped items, cancellation requests may be accepted.
Approved cancellations before shipment may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after shipment are treated as returns and subject to applicable shipping and restocking fees.
Orders refused at delivery may also incur applicable shipping, cancellation, and restocking charges.
