We work hard to ship your order quickly, accurately, and at the best available rate. Most orders are processed fast, with many shipping the same day when placed before noon Pacific Time.

Free Shipping (U.S. Orders)

Orders totaling USD 147.45 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING when:

• The order is placed online (not by phone)
• The items can be shipped by USPS Priority Mail
• The order ships from our main warehouse in Washington State

Free shipping does not apply to UPS Only items, oversized products, international orders, or certain warehouse-direct shipments.

Standard U.S. Shipping

Orders below USD 147.45 typically ship for USD 14.63 via USPS Priority Mail.

All USPS Priority Mail shipments include tracking.

Same Day Shipping

Over 90% of in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day.

Orders shipping from outside warehouses or special-order items may require additional processing time.

UPS Only Items

Some larger, heavy, used, or specialty items may be marked UPS Only.

If you need a shipping quote, place a note in the Shipping Comments box during checkout and we will contact you before processing your order.

If a UPS Only item is stocked in our Washington warehouse and can safely ship by Priority Mail, we may use USPS to help save you money.

Canada Shipping

Shipping to Canada starts at a minimum of USD 36.33.

Rates vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.

International Shipping

International orders normally ship through USPS Global Priority Mail with tracking.

If you prefer UPS shipping, note that in the Special Instructions box during checkout. UPS international shipping is often more expensive.

Special Orders & Motors

Special-order items, custom products, and motors selected for local pickup in Sequim may be subject to incoming freight charges.

Some special-order items may take one week or longer depending on supplier availability.

Backorders & Delays

If an item is temporarily out of stock and expected within one week, we may hold the order and ship complete.

If the delay is longer, we may source the item from another warehouse and upgrade shipping when possible.

If an item is on nationwide backorder, we will contact you promptly.

Tracking, Loss & Damage

All shipments become the responsibility of the carrier once they leave our warehouse.

If your package is delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim.
