Item Description

High torque replacement motor with advanced 19 spline design for 36 and 48 volt golf carts. Rated 8 HP at 1600 RPM on 36 volts and 11.4 HP at 2300 RPM on 48 volts. +++ Fits 1988 and newer E-Z-GO non-DCS and non-PDS models +++ 1990 to 2002 Yamaha G8, G9, G14, and G16 +++ 1986 and newer Melex models 412E, 512E, and 625E +++ 1990 to 2000 Columbia Par Car models +++ Also Hyundai models.

Common upgrade for increased torque, stronger acceleration, and improved hill climbing performance on electric golf carts.

NOTE: Recommended to upgrade cables to 4 gauge, use a controller rated at 400 amps minimum, and install a 200 amp solenoid.
