Item Description

Brand new laser cut mounting plate with premium points, condenser, wire lead, and gasket for 1971 to 1985 Harley Davidson and Columbia Par Car.

NOTE:

Can be used for upgrading 1967 to 1970 carts to one-piece points using part number IG11-060 or our premium points number IG11-062 +++ Can also be used for converting 1986 to 1995 Columbia Par Car with electronic ignition back to a points ignition system.

Includes updated laser cut points plate with triangle adjusting slot for easier point adjustment, premium ignition points IG11-062, condenser IG11-070, points cover gasket IG11-181, and ignition lead OEM number 30491-71.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: When replacing a 1986 to 1995 electronic ignition system, remove both the electronic points plate and the white plastic rotor pressed onto the crankshaft. +++ The rotor can be removed carefully with two screwdrivers. +++ Under the plastic rotor is the eccentric cam lobe that opens and closes the points.
