Very High Torque 10 Spine, 48 Volt Sep Ex (Separately Excited field) Motor for 1995 and newer Club Car model DS +++ Also 2004 and newer Club Car Precedent +++ For regen I, Regen II, IQ and i2 and Excel.
NOTE: This is a very high torque motor recommended for hilly areas and lifted carts with larger tires.
NOTE: Speeds up to 14 MPH on 48 volts with stock tires. Larger tires will increase speed.
NOTE: It is highly recommended to install a higher amp controller and larger wires.
NOTE: Has one year warranty.
NOTE: These special order motors are proudly hand built here in the US so there is a small lead time while they build the motor.

NOTE: Specifications: 11.4 HP peak at 48 volts, Class H insulation.
NOTE: An easy way to tell if you have a Sep Ex motor... Most all Sep Ex motors have smaller field studs (1/4") .250" while the armature studs are larger (5/16") .312".
NOTE: This is a very high torque motor recommended for hilly areas and lifted carts with larger tires.
